This exquisite bourbon concoction features a harmonious blend of 6, 7, 8, and 13-year-old bourbons, offering a delightful symphony of flavors. Starting with a robust mix of spicy, high-rye, oak-intense barrels from 6 and 7-year vintages, we find a smoother undertone of 8-year-old barrels bringing forth dark cherry and butterscotch nuances. After a patient two-month mingle, the mix is graced by 13-year-old barrels, split between tropical fruit and candied fruit expressions. The outcome? A bourbon that tantalizes with a peppery introduction, only to leave you relishing its enduring sweet aftertaste.
